LAskill Printing Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining the LAskill Printing Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Eligibility

  • To participate, you must complete the affiliate registration form and be approved by LAskill Printing.
  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Referral Process

  • Referrals are valid when a client, introduced by you, completes a purchase with LAskill Printing.
  • You do not need to use affiliate links. However, you must ensure that LAskill Printing is informed that the client referral came through you before the deal is finalized. Failure to notify us will result in no commission being paid.

3. Commissions

  • You will earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a completed sale.
  • The commission percentage or rate will be communicated to you upon approval into the affiliate program.
  • Commissions will be paid after the referred client’s payment is confirmed and the project is delivered.
  • If a referred client cancels their order or requests a refund, the commission will not be paid or may be deducted from future payments.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments will be processed once per month, based on the number of successful referrals.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer or any agreed payment method.
  • You must provide accurate payment details. LAskill Printing is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

5. Referral Ethics

  • Affiliates must promote LAskill Printing in an honest and ethical manner.
  • Misrepresentation, false claims, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited and will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates are responsible for introducing LAskill Printing services to their network.
  • Affiliates must maintain professional behavior when communicating with referred clients and LAskill Printing.
  • LAskill Printing reserves the right to reject any referral deemed inappropriate, unethical, or outside the scope of our services.

7. Termination of Affiliate Agreement

  • Either party (Affiliate or LAskill Printing) may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for successful referrals will be paid according to the standard payment terms.
  • Affiliates who breach the terms of this agreement may forfeit their commissions and be immediately removed from the program.

8. Changes to the Program

  • LAskill Printing reserves the right to update or modify the affiliate program and these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
  • Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Liability

  • LAskill Printing is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
  • Affiliates are independent partners, and no employment, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by this agreement.

10. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
